In 2007, the Group expanded into data centre services sector by offering a highly reliable and high-tier data centre services, maintenance of electricity facilities and security work.

The Group operated two high-tier data centre buildings, the iTech Tower (Tsuen Wan) and iTech Tower 2 (Kwai Chung) offering a total raised floor space of approximately 100,000 sq.ft..

In the era of big data, the demand of high-tier data center is raised among the technology companies. In 2020, the Group acquired 2 sites to develop high-tier data centres. The lands are located in 3 On Kui Street, and 8 On Chuen Street in Fanling, with a site area of approximately 17,900 sq.ft. and approximately 19,100 sq.ft. accordlingly.
