Assist the PQS for handling all quantity surveying practice; assist in carrying out budget and cost control, preparing cost estimate and tender documents for various types of sub-contract; tracking and finalizing variations, re-measurement and final accounts with sub-contractors; and any other duties as assigned.
Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent in building construction;
Minimum 1 year quantity surveying experience, preferably with experience in QS consultant firm.
Experience in re-measurement, valuing variations, cost control, contract administration, claims preparation and dealing with sub-contractors’ accounts;
Good PC knowledge and proficient in MS Office applications;
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
Good communication and interpersonal skill, able to work independently and in a team, and
capable to work under pressure;
Self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility.
