• Answer enquirers, take messages, reception work and general clerical duties ; and any other duties as assigned.  

• Form 5/DSE or above;
• 1-2 years working experience, fresh graduate is also considered;  
• Receptionist role and duties;
• Proficient in MS office applications such as Word, Excel, etc.;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Good communication and interpersonal skill, able to work independently and in a team

Responsibility:
Assist the PQS for handling all quantity surveying practice; assist in carrying out budget and cost control, preparing cost estimate and tender documents for various types of sub-contract; tracking and finalizing variations, re-measurement and final accounts with sub-contractors; and any other duties as assigned. 

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent in building construction;
• Minimum 1 year quantity surveying experience, preferably with experience in QS consultant firm.  
• Experience in re-measurement, valuing variations, cost control, contract administration, claims preparation and dealing with sub-contractors’ accounts;
• Good PC knowledge and proficient in MS Office applications;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Good communication and interpersonal skill, able to work independently and in a team, and
• capable to work under pressure;
• Self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility.

• Provide support on all property sales activities
• Compilation of sales-related reports and materials
• Minimum 2 year working experience.

• Assist in the formulation and implementation of sales and marketing strategies for property projects;
• Assist in daily operations in relation to sales and marketing activities;
• Conduct market research and analysis;
• Prepare sales documents;
• Planning and execution of logistics for sales launches;
• Co-ordination with internal and external parties such as property agents for sales operational requirements;
• Handle customer’s enquiries and complaints;
• General sales-related administrative works, etc.

• Bachelor’s Degree in BA, Marketing, Real Estate or related discipline
• 2-3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in leading property developers in Hong Kong
• Knowledge in Residential Properties (First –hand Sales)
• Highly proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Good communication and presentation skills
• 5-day work week, shift work on weekends and public holidays is required
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Sales Officer
